Initially, Brownies Lock was focused primarily on locksmithing, but over the last few years the company has seriously expanded its access control installations. The owner, Jared, saw this growing demand for cloud-based access control and capitalized on the opportunity to grow their business. 


Jared talks about getting new customers and maintaining those relationships overtime, by providing a great product and ongoing support. This is a huge contrast from traditional, one-time on-premise systems. He also talks about why he ultimately decided to partner with PDK, how they have benefited with the partner program, and the power of mobile-first capabilities.
